Tour Cancellation Policy

At Exotic Vacations Bhutan, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure clarity and fairness, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

1. Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival:

   • No cancellation charges will apply if the tour is cancelled 45 days or more prior to the guest’s arrival in Bhutan, and the request is made via email.

2. Cancellation between 45 to 35 days before arrival:

   • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation between 35 to 20 days before arrival:

   • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

4. Cancellation within 20 days of arrival:

   • A cancellation fee of 80% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

5. Cancellation after arrival in Bhutan or no-show:

   • 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
